Dr. Miles is an energetic speaker with a wealth of knowledge in organic vegetable production. She has her Ph.D. in vegetable crops from Cornell University and has been teaching and learning about growing vegetables for over 25 years. Dr. Miles conducts research at the WSU Mt. Vernon Northwestern Washington Research & Extension Center,
